Description:
We are currently looking for a curious and motivated IT Technician to join a company located in the North of Luxembourg. As a Level 1/2 IT Technician, your main responsibility will be to ensure effective resolution of user concerns while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
DESCRIPTION
- Respond to incoming requests and technical issues via various channels (telephone, e-mail or in person) in a prompt and professional manner.
- Install monitoring software remotely on customer server after having verified that all software and hardware requirements have been met.
- Handle day-to-day customer service tasks: technical requests/issues, pre/post installation follow-up.
