YOUR ROLE

Would you like to support the IT infrastructure on the Warehouse site Aboutyou of CEVA Logistics ? Well, you may be the IT Technical Support we are looking for.
This role is based in Warehouse Aboutyou of CEVA Logistics (Magnice. ul. Marka Aureliusza, 55-040, Poland)
You will work in shifts in this role (for 40 hours per week)

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• You will report and solve failures / problems related to the warehouse system;
• You will unblock / set up e-mail accounts;
• You will creat logins in the warehouse system;
• You do the configuration of RDT scanners;
• You are involved in the installation of software required for everyday use, e.g., MS Office, Windows, browsers and PC devices, printers, scanners, laptops, new workstations;
• You will check the condition of devices in the warehouse;
• You will assist and solve current IT problems reported by CEVA employees;
• You will manage relationships with IT vendors providing services to the site.
