Description:

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Proficiency in Azure services, Windows Administration, and Active Directory management.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE, FortiGate, and Ubiquiti technologies preferred.
  • Understanding of email services, particularly Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.

It’s a plus if you

  • Have certifications in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an IT Technician to join our IT Department in Stockholm. You will support our team with IT issues, troubleshoot computer problems, manage purchases, configure systems, and handle system administration tasks focusing on Active Directory, Office 365, and VMware cluster maintenance.
This role is a temporary position starting preferable in May ongoing until September.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide frontline support for IT queries and issues, assisting colleagues’ organization-wide.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client computer and software problems.
  • Manage hardware and software purchases, including installation and configuration.
  • Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and ensure network functionality.
  • Maintain VMware cluster, perform hardware maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
