EXPERIENCE:

• Can-do approach to all to all our IT systems
• Prefer MCP/MCSE/MCSA or CompTIA A+, Network+ but not essential
• Require very good working knowledge of networking eg TCP/IP, DNS & NAT
• Require a strong working knowledge of all desktop operating systems including Windows and MacOS
• A good working knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating system
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure & Office 365 administration

• An enthusiasm for developing your knowledge of computer systems and new technologies
• Able to talk about technology in simple terms

• Maintaining, monitoring and supporting the stability of the current IT network
• Maintaining, monitoring and supporting the security and integrity of the current IT network
• Providing support and advice to all departments within the business to make sure IT equipment and systems are suitable for their needs
• Maintaining and supporting all IT related services offered to customers of the business
• Maintaining and supporting all telecommunications systems and suppliers
• Providing support in the cabling and maintenance of the existing IT and telecommunications infrastructure
• Maintaining and contributing to our knowledge base
• Being part of the team that provides 7 day per week IT support to the business
