Description:
DEINE AUFGABEN
- Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs unserer IT-Infrastruktur-Prozesse
- Konfiguration und Betreuung unserer lokalen Client- und mobilen Geräteinfrastruktur
- Betreuung unserer Microsoft 365-Umgebung
- Support und Betreuung verschiedener Business Applikationen
- Wartung und Pflege unseres Telefonsystems
- Betreuung der gesamten Druckerinfrastruktur Unterstützung in Netzwerkangelegenheiten (LAN/WAN)
- Unterstützung bei diversen spannenden IT-Projekten
- Analyse und Weiterentwicklung bestehender IT-Infrastruktur-Prozesse
- Unterstützung der User im Rahmen des 1st-Level-Supports
- selbstständige Erstellung von Useranleitungen, Videos und Dokumentationen
