Job Introduction
DACBeachcroft is looking for a someone with excellent knowledge of IT and front office applications to join our IT Service Delivery team on a part time basis as an IT Training Development Coordinator. This is a permanent, hybrid role, ideally based in our Bristol office.
This is a part time role, working 3 days per week.
This role is designed to complement the existing IT training team and to push forward development of IT team with new skills as we reshape the team for the future. Through careful analysis of skill gaps in existing teams across the IT department this role will help to design training plans that allow the IT team to develop in key areas and facilitate employee growth.
Furthermore the role will work closely with HR, IT managers and SMEs to ensure that the training plans are designed and curated for the specific strengths, weaknesses and needs of the wider IT Team as a whole. Working the make sure that all individuals have an understanding of their development expectations and can access resources and assistance needed in order to achieve their training goals.

Main Responsibilities

KEY EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent knowledge of internal IT applications and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Deep familiarity of front office applications - preferably in a legal environment
  • A strong understanding of IT departments and their key services applicable to large enterprises
  • Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, visual impact and storyboarding (For example: TAP Diploma in E-Learning Design). (Desirable)
  • Exposure to project management / PMO methods and tools (desirable)
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methods (desirable)
