As Transformation and Quality Manager you will join our global IT team in the IT Integration department and be responsible to transform and ensure perfect execution of the IT function in the area of Red Bull team sports, brand extension and other subsidiaries. This multifaceted position is key to guiding and reporting on our IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic roadmap, maintaining high standards of IT service quality and security. Ensuring the effective management of IT budgets and technology sponsorships will be an essential part of that responsibility too. QUALIFICATIONS

University degree in IT or equivalent IT training
Several years of professional experience (> 5 years) in IT management as well as broad, general IT experience
Experience in defining and managing IT KPIs
Very good communication skills especially in English, German skills are required
Strong ability to create management concepts and presentations and to visualize complex issues in a simple way
Track record of driving the progress of IT roadmaps and projects
Negotiation skills and experience in reviewing contracts and terms and conditions as well as interest in developing and managing partnerships and sponsorships
