Looking for an exciting career opportunity in the information technology field? Look no further than the Leidos Digital Modernization sector! We are seeking a talented IT User Accounts Analyst to join our team on the AFNCR IT Services program at The Pentagon.
As an IT User Accounts Analyst you’ll be part of a team that is qualified and motivated to manage and implement approximately 18,000 routine requirements per year. Routine requirements project team manage installations, moves, adds, changes, and upgrades. Upon receiving approval from the 844 CG personnel will quickly assign these requirements to account maintenance and desktop support staff whose teams are built to complete implementation of the planned routine requirements workload within 3 business days.
Working alongside a team of network administrators/engineers, you will collaborate to implement, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot systems accounts in accordance with organizational and/or DoD network policies, procedures, and standards. You will report progress to the site lead and stakeholders via Remedy ticketing system and/or Weekly reports.
