IT User Support and Infrastructure Analyst

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Supportive, understanding and helpful manner to non-IT staff
• 4+ years of user support and infrastructure experience
• Windows Server domain administration
• Microsoft 365
• PC setup and configuration
• Active Directory and Group Policies

Desirable Experience:

• VMWare

QUALIFICATIONS ESSENTIAL

· Degree level education or equivalent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1st line IT support for the Bristol office and wider operations within the company
• Supporting the group IT Infrastructure
• Day to day management of internal hardware and systems including laptops, desktops, printers, firewalls, internet, servers, soft phones and desktop software
• Monitoring of systems to ensure everything is working correctly and identification and solving of any issues that arise
• Administration of company systems (Windows 10/11/Windows Server/VMWare/Linux), network, firewall, backup solutions, AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365
• Liaising with hardware, software and service suppliers for the company
• Proactively making suggestions and seeking solutions to improve operations and productivity for the company
