Arxada is seeking a Support Engineer to play a crucial role in providing technical assistance for a range of devices including laptops, printers, mobile phones, and conference systems.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide Support for Laptops, Printers, Mobile Phone and Conference Systems
• Support of Microsoft Office Products.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 Operating System, MS Applications, MS Cloud Services
• Manage Mobile Phone Contract (ISP)
• Working with Service Now Ticketing System
• Responsible for Stock Management (Laptops, Mobile Phones, Peripherials)
• Good proficiency in German AND English (speaking & writing) required.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to adapt quickly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
