Responsibilities:

Some of the key activities include:

  • Provide timely and professional technical support to end-users.
  • Resolve technical issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including end-users, IT teams, and management, keeping them informed of incident status and resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborate with the business to implement effective solutions.
  • Support the delivery of existing IT projects, fostering collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.
  • Offer day-to-day administrative support to the team and management.
  • Advocate and ensure effective implementation of ITIL processes and principles.
