ITIL Specialists (Change, process and projects)

  Launch are looking for multiple ITIL specialists to join a team focussing on a large scale transformation project. Looking for change managers that have strong ITIL experience and also ITIL consultants comfortable with design.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - CHANGE

• Advanced experience in Catalogue Management, Service Lifecycle Management, Metrics and Dashboards relevant to the Service Request & Change processes, Reporting and Metrics.
• Working knowledge of ITIL lifecycles Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Release, Configuration, Agile, SDLC, Demand and Continual Service Improvement.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar large ITSM tool.
• Experience in complex IT environments with a technical background.
• Strong communication skills required for client and stakeholder engagement and influencing.
• ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - DESIGN

This position will focus on delivering solutions such as but not limited to Service Management Architecture and Planning; Service Optimisation; Service Integration and Management; and ITIL process assessment, design and implementation.
Salary: $130,000 inclusive of super
