Salary package: $79,334 - $93,211 plus 17% Superannuation
Term: Full Time, Fixed Term (up to 6 months) (multiple positions available)
Location: Canberra (opportunity for flexible working arrangements will be considered)

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides corporate IT services to ANU staff, students and visitors in support of achieving excellence in research, teaching and public policy. These services include network, communications, computing platforms, data storage, desktop and mobile access, enterprise systems, student learning environments, and IT security. The work of ITS is coordinated with services provided within and by University Colleges and other Service Divisions to form a cohesive, University-wide information services infrastructure.
The ITS Precinct Officer provides onsite technical support for desktops, mobile devices and other systems and devices used by the University. Responsibilities include:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients, building rapport and going above and beyond to provide support.
- Spend time out of the main office, visiting many work areas across our beautiful campus.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network related issues.
- Record keeping and documentation as required.
