• 3 plus years proven Configuration Management skills and experience working in a ServiceNow environment.
• Demonstrated success in defining, implementing and evolving ITIL methodologies and processes, with particular emphasis to Configuration Management.
• Experience driving process adoption and continuous improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Desirable:
• ITIL V4 certified.
• ServiceNow Admin.
• Service mapping experience.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge across a broad range of technologies preferred.
