Description:

Infosys is seeking a IVR Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must be located within united states of America.
Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
4+ years of Information Technology experience
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in IVR, Google CCAI, Chatbot Development, Java full stack (springboot, microservices), Contact Center domain
Strong expertise in Development using Core JAVA, J2EE, JPA, Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, Web services (REST)
Experice in Google CCAI
Knowledge in Telecom & Contact Center Domain highly desirable.
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, JIRA, Stash, GIT, Jenkins, is required.
Good communications skills as all these folks will work directly with Client Managers
