- Analyze and estimate effort for new scope and requirements
- Design and development ETL solutions on multiple complex initiatives
- Stay abreast of modern technologies and best practices and recommend the introduction of new technology and processes
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert and manage admin functions for ETL and Talend
- Investigate failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes; utilize internal defect tracking tool to create detailed, high-quality error report
- Work with product owners and test engineers to support QA processes, review test plans, test coverage and help improve test automation
iWay Specialty Application Developer - Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of experience with iWay Data migrator, iWay Server Manager
- 2-3 years’ Experience with Enterprise level application integration
- 2-3 Working experience with DB2
- 2-3 Working Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) applications (i.e. IBM MDM, Informatica)
- 2-3Azure (Azure Data Studio, Azure DevOps, Azure SQL Database)
- 2-3 Developing language experience in C and Java
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization
- Strong decision-making, forward-thinking and creative problem-solving skills to anticipate and respond quickly to technological/market influences
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
- Post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related IT field required or relevant experience
iWay Specialty Application Developer - Preferred Skills
- Previous bank experience preferred
