WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Due to an increase in projects within the IWOCS facility, we have a requirement for an experienced IWOCS Service Technician to join our busy team based in Skene, Westhill. The successful candidate will be supporting the offshore activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
- Extensive IWOCS knowledge and experience
- Good standard grade/GCSE passes in Maths, English and ideally a Technical subject.
- Served a recognised apprenticeship, in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Maintenance with SVQ/NVQ Level 2, 3 or 4 qualifications.
- Current offshore survival & medical certificates are essential.
- Understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic control systems and the control components within the systems.
- Strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
Preferred
- An ONC/HNC or equivalent in an Engineering subject would be an added bonus
- Experience in the subsea services sector of the oil and gas industry.
- Good knowledge of subsea services industry equipment
