- Fluency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese stakeholders.
- Prior working experience as a technical sales/sales engineer handling industrial products OR excellent sales track record from another industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and comfortable with numbers.

Responsibilities:
- Key Account Manager for technically oriented products/service.
- In charge of organization, administration and implementation of company’s sales objectives.
- Prepare necessary sales reporting/strategies to the upper managements
- Develops maximum profitability based on current and potential customers.
- Supervises sales personnel and directs their efforts towards meeting prescribes sales targets.
- Harmonize with in-house support, for order processing, project team and instruments’ documentation.
- Coordinate with service team to ensure service requests are being attended to.
- Provide leadership to support technical solutions, proposal and project execution strategies.
- Co-ordinate, develop and implement project plan.
- Allocate and manage project resources according to the approved plan.
- Lead and motivate the project team.
- Analyze the actual performance against the project target.
- Develop close rapport with the customers, work and coordinate closely with customer before and during the project implementation.
- Work closely with Marketing to plan and implement promotional seminars. Provide feedback and market input to the marketing team.
- Ensure that all statutory regulations, company’s environmental and safety regulations and code of practice are implemented and complied with by all staff.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
