Java Full stack Developer

JOB SUMMARY

Cognizant is looking for a Java Full stack developer with at least 8 + years of experience in developing customized product for our clients. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies. Design, implement and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency.
An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Someone that values the “team” and leverages the opinions and expertise of their teammates to deliver quality.
Location: Deerfield, IL

Responsibilities:

• Building and implementing top-notch capabilities.
• Should have very good hands on experience in the requested skill sets (Angular, Java, Microservices, Cosmos DB and Azure).
• Should have at least 8+ years of experience in development.
• Identifying and troubleshooting issues wherever required.
• Providing technical support for clearing bottlenecks and obstacles
• Collaborating with other cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance of applications.
• Should have technical skills to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact efficiently with customers
