Aufgaben

As part of our team, your contributions will play a part in helping today’s leading companies stay ahead. As Java Software Architect, you will design code that matters with some of the most exciting companies in Europe. Here’s an overview of what you’ll be doing:

• Solution orientation: You take responsibility for the creation of a sustainable, robust architecture as well as for the technical requirements in projects
• Convincing personality: You make the necessary decisions in design and implementation and implement them in agile teams
• Customer orientation: You work closely with our customers and evaluate solution variants according to economic and technical criteria
• Software development: In compliance with the quality specifications, you develop user-friendly software solutions based on open source components
• Extensive further education opportunities (trainings, conferences, innovation projects, workshops)
• We work in well-established teams that live agility and Scrum
• We offer freedom with responsibility - work flexibly and self-organized

Qualifikation

We are seeking individuals who are team players with an analytical mindset. Beyond that, you’ll succeed in this role if you’ve got the following qualifications:

• Proactive, open personality with a passion for open source, new technologies and agile software development so that you can take over the technical and professional coordination and guidance of our customer projects.
• Deep Java & Spring Experience: Mastery of the Java programming language, including the latest features & updates as well as in-depth knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries commonly used in enterprise applications.
• A higher education in the field of computer science (Uni / FH / ETH)
• Very good communication skills and team orientation
• Fluent German (mind C1 and English skills (mind. B2)
• Place of residence in Switzerland or willingness to move to Switzerland
