REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree)
• Proven experience in software development and maintenance, focusing on complex systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or similar.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software systems based on documented requirements.
• Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project goals.
• Review and test software components to ensure adherence to design requirements, and document test results.
• Resolve software problem reports efficiently and effectively.
• Utilize appropriate software development and software design methodologies within the development environment.
• Provide valuable input to the software components of system design, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, integration of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) solutions, and requirements analysis and synthesis.
