• Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong background in fixing vulnerabilities and leading teams.
• Expertise in Java and Spring framework.
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and experience with security assessments.
• Strong communication skills

THE ROLE:

As a Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and fixing vulnerabilities within their software applications. You will be the backbone of our backend development, ensuring our systems are robust, secure, and scalable. Leading by example, you’ll mentor other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, assess, and remediate software vulnerabilities to enhance security posture.
• Lead and mentor a small team of engineers in best practices and technical decision-making.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and secure code primarily in Java, with a focus on the Spring framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, technologies, and frameworks.
