Position Summary:

• Looking for a Java Technical BA.
• As a Java Technical Business Analyst, you will work with the Business, Architects, Solution Designers to capture, analyze and validate requirements, guide the development team to implement the solution, validate the solution which deal with user consent, data security, performance, and other requirements. You are expected to provide technical analysis for the Team during the project lifecycle. You will be participating in ideation of solutions in accordance with client’s design standards.
• Extensive engineering experience across Java/J2EE, Spring framework, Microservice, Kafka, Docker, OpenShift and Kubernetes amongst others.
• The role takes end to end accountability for leading and delivering high quality, fit for purpose, cost effective, enterprise aligned technology designs for projects and releases. The Tech BA will be part of a squad and collaborate with other members of the tribe to deliver business outcomes using the agile methodology.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Hands-on experience as Technical BA, Data Analyst and Sr developer in 3-4 MDM projects implementation
• Strong SQL writing skill as Data analyst
• 3 - 4 years of Core Java experience specially on Collections, multithreading, data structure, memory optimization, performance improvement etc.
• Experience with Web Service Development, Spring framework, Microservice.
• Knowledge on Java 8 new functionality like Streaming, Lambda, Terminal operation etc.
• Experience working with container technologies like Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge on integration platform like Kafka.

• Expertise with Maven, Robot, Mockito, Junit, and JMeter
• Elastic Search
• Experience in Python and/or shell scripting.
• Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace.
• Experience working with Connect-Direct and Ctrl-m Scheduler.
• Experience working with a distributed version control and source code management tool such as Git.
• Able to demonstrate experience with software engineering practices including CI/CD, Automated Testing, and Performance Engineering.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Team player, collaborative approach, and excellent communication skills.

• As Technical Business Analyst, working closely with clients and other business leaders to frame problems and potential solutions.
• Develop solutions for key business initiatives ensuring alignment with future state analytics vision.
• Work with domain leads and technologists to identify data relevant for analysis.
• Requirement understanding and analysis.
• Perform Data analysis based upon the Business requirement.
• Data Model creation, Gap analysis, extend the data model.
• Arrange workshop with customer Enterprise architect to walkthrough and finalize the solution approach.
• Effort estimation of the user stories to assign story points.
• Participate in Spring Planning, Daily Scrum Stand Up, and Sprint Retrospective meetings.
• Participate in QIP session to finalize the epic / feature.
• Assist sprint planning session to finalize user stories.
• Participate in refinement session to prioritize epic / user stories.
• Presentation to engineering forum to endorse the design.
• Develop JUnit, Mockito, Robot test cases for the user stories.
• Produce high quality technical documentation for the customer.
• Assist in UAT test case preparation and UAT activities.
• Organizing the DP (Defect Prevention Activity) to reduce the defects.
  Salary Range: >$100,000
