A Java technical lead designs and implement technical solutions for product deliver. The responsibilities of Java technical leads include working with developers to ensure quality network frameworks, mentoring junior level staff, and identifying issues that affect product delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree in engineering, information systems or related
• 5+ years working in large project environment and proficiency in Java technologies
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices
• Good organizational and leadership and analytical skills
• Ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Sound knowledge of estimation techniques
