· Fluent in both French and English.
· Experience as a functional consultant in JD Edwards Manufacturing Module

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS

· Experience in JD Edwards Sales and Distribution Modules.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
· Willingness and ability to multi-task.
· Should be able to handle client call, manage & mentor team.
· Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools.
· Technical understanding of products/services and/or ecosystem being supported

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oracle JD Edwards Managed Services team offers you the chance to collaborate with diverse teams, aiding clients in adopting and managing new capabilities, driving operational efficiencies, and leveraging technology’s potential. While at the same time offers direct engagement with senior leadership and other key stakeholders. You’ll collaborate across teams to execute priority growth initiatives in this rapidly expanding platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with end users to address any issues that may arise while utilizing the application, including configuring JDE E1 applications primarily in the Manufacturing Modules and also the Sales and Distribution Modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Oracle JDE ERP, and manage system integrations to and from JDE Edwards.
• Conduct triaging, resolve tickets, and ensure adherence to SLAs by implementing break-fix solutions.
• Identify and implement permanent solutions by conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of incidents.
• Evaluate existing solutions, identify areas for continuous improvement, and enhance systems accordingly.
· End user training on E1 and update all training materials
· Managing the full lifecycle of changes on allocated systems to ensure change requests are fulfilled according to standard operating procedures
· Leading / Participating in upgrade projects as appropriate.
· Risk/Impact assessment of any application patches or upgrades provided by the Vendor to manage end-of-life risk and wider implications of required changes/updates.
· Management of technology dependency roadmap to ensure that Operating systems, databases and any 3rd party technical applications do not pose a risk to the system by going end of life / unsupported.

· Adhering to the Disaster Recovery Schedule to ensure the overall system can be recovered/restored to support defined RPO and RTO. Note: this activity also requires the job holder to proactively manage the improvement of both of these measures to provide improved service.
· Testing of the applications or new enhancement to ensure ERP system works correctly following critical server patching.
· Assisting with Periodic reviews the ERP system.
· Provide comprehensive support and end user documentation for all systems and project implementations to improve support team knowledge and the end user experience.
