Responsibilities:

  • Configuration and customization of JD Edwards modules to meet business requirements.
  • Testing, documentation, and end-user training.
  • Conducting business process reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Implementation and maintenance of system enhancements and integrations.
  • Leading cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
  • Providing tier 1 user support and hands-on support of daily, monthly, and annual processes
  • Liaise with IT manager for cross-platform support, as needed.
