THE PERSON:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a Commis Chef or similar role
• Passion for using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

• Junior CDP
• Suffolk Countryside
• £30,000 OTE (£27k + £3k Tips)
• Live-In accommodation available

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist senior chefs in food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a lovely dining experience.
