REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree - • At least a Bachelor degree in Finance, Banking or related disciplines.

• Preferably with 2 years working experience in debt capital markets or related fields.
• Good analytical, writing & communication skills
• Good debt capital market product knowledge
• Good team player and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Origination

Carrying out the following tasks as a Team Member:

• Preparing pitch material for deals & mandates.
• Preparing presentations to prospective clients.

• Execution

  Assisting the Team Leader and Seniors in carrying out the following tasks:

• Performing credit risk & financial analysis

• Assessing viability and bankability of deals
• Building cash flow models & running simulations & sensitivity analysis
• Structuring financing proposal to meet specific needs of prospective clients
• Preparing financial proposals
• Handling legal and financial due diligence processes
• Making submissions to and liaising with the relevant authorities for approvals
• Preparing Information/Placement Memorandum
• Preparing credit reports for underwriting of debt issues
• Working with Treasury team on underwriting/distribution of debt issues

• Managing legal documentation process and

  compliance with all conditions precedent

• Liaising with Agency Unit on pre and post issue administration and agency functions
