GENERAL
Comply with the Mission Statement, Ethos and Values of St. Francis Hospice Dublin.
Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety procedures in relation to all Hospice activities.

to time by Head of Fundraising or other designated officer in all matters relating to the job.

Responsibilities:
1. JOB PURPOSE
The Donor Care Executive is a key position within the fundraising team and is required to liaise with
donors and ensure they are supported when submitting income to the hospice. Process, receipt and
acknowledge all donor income to St. Francis Hospice Dublin.
The post holder main responsibilities are to liaise, receipt and acknowledge donor income, input to
the Customer Relations Management System, promote and support committed giving and act as a
bridge between the Fundraising and Accounts Departments in relation to the identification and
allocation of funds to the correct fundraising categories.
2. ACCOUNTABILITY
The position reports to and is accountable to the Head of Fundraising or other designated officers in
all matters relating to the job.
