Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced 360 recruitment expert to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and expanding existing client relationships in Civil Engineering & Infrastructure while also driving growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
  • Identify and develop client/business relationships.
  • Research and develop recruiting leads
  • Act as a trustworthy advisor and thought leader for your clients, maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
  • Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond.
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate.
  • Utilise candidate care to foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential employees
  • Identify a specialist skill and create and maintain a talent pool for proactive floating target
