Charmante opened its doors on the fall of 2023 and has established itself as a unique destination for accommodation, travel, and culinary experiences.
With a distinctive concept that sets us apart from other hotels, you have now the opportunity to lead our esteemed culinary team at Cherie Restaurant and Bar Belle, as we are now seeking a passionate and experienced restaurant manager. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in upholding our commitment to excellence and ensuring that every guest leaves with memories to cherish.
This role reports to: General Manager Hôtel Charmante.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the restaurant and bar team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, including daily service, reservation management, inventory control, and financial performance.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards, addressing concerns promptly, and striving for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Cooperate in recruitment processes together with HR.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that reflect the restaurant brand and culinary vision.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, laws and regulations set by the authorities.
- Develop and implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives to attract guests and drive business to the restaurant and bar.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders to support business growth and enhance the hotel’s reputation.
