REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as Chef de Partie or similar role.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Creative approach to foos preparation and presentation.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitary regulations.

ABOUT US

  • Compass group is a catering firm primary for canteens of different sizes. This new outlet will be a new type of catering for this group, which has not been done before as it is not a canteen. We will have various types of high-end outlets such as cafes, a meeting & conference facility, a food court and the VIP fine dining area on the top floor.
  • On the Rooftop we commit to deliver exceptional all day dining experiences. With a focus on culinary excellence and customer satisfaction, therefore we are looking for a talented and passionate head chef assistant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and oversee the preparation of specific sections of the menu.
  • Collaboration with the assistant head chef and sous chef to maintain high culinary standards of taste and presentation.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in food presentation and taste.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels for your section.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to the development of new dishes and menu items.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
