Joint System Engineer (MNC / Leading Semicon company / AWS+VB)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or a closely related field within the manufacturing sector, preferably consumer electronics.
• Proficiency in systems analysis methodologies, programming languages (Python, C++), system modelling tools, database management (SQL). Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.Problem-solving: Analytical mindset with demonstrated troubleshooting and optimization skills focused on system-level solutions.

ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Project management certifications (PMP, etc.)
• Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologiesPrior experience in dealing with US corporate customers would be advantageous

• Joint System Analysis: Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, bottlenecks, and potential integration points for new technologies.
• Collaborative Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, quality) to develop and integrate new system solutions that enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Documentation and Requirements: Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, system requirements, and specifications for internal and external teams.
• System Testing and Optimization: Design and implement testing protocols for new and updated systems. Analyze test data to identify and troubleshoot performance issues, ensuring systems meet established standards.
• Project Support: Participate in project management activities, including timeline development, risk assessment, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of system solutions.Trend Analysis and Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in manufacturing systems. Propose and evaluate cutting-edge solutions to improve production processes.
