The Digital Sales Experience (DSE) Tribe is looking for people who are passionate about delivering for our customers. As an experienced Content Journey Expert, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the content team, product owners, analysts, developers, designers and senior managers to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.
Leading with your craft and bringing others on the journey, you’re a seasoned digital production expert and born problem solver who is passionate about driving and delivering customer acquisition and service outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Experience delivery – Delivering digital campaigns and website updates using Adobe Experience Manager; developing IA, CX, content and SEO improvements; and contributing to peer feedback and site hygiene activities.
Stakeholder management - Influencing stakeholders on digital best practices in seeking the best customer outcomes. This includes the confidence to present effectively to individuals at all levels including senior leaders.
Strategic objectives – Active contribution of your craft and expertise to DSE’s goals. Participating in and driving internal projects to help the business achieve its strategic objectives.
Growth mindset – Ability to take a strategic outlook with a commitment to continually improve processes. Broad knowledge of digital platforms and trends. Curiosity in developing new skills.
Accessibility – Proven understanding, knowledge and experience working with Accessibility standards.
Role Location: Melbourne
Role Type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract, Full Time
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar enterprise-level CMS and employing technical production skills at a senior level.
Proven experience in overseeing projects with a customer-centric and human centred design lens.
Proven experience delivering complex campaigns.
An ability to drive customer acquisition and digital service outcomes.
Initiative, attention to detail, and strong organisational and time management skills.
A track record of driving change at the organisational or departmental level.
An ability to assess complex situations and collaboratively determine the best outcomes.
Experience in an Agile environment is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to contribute to a positive work environment and team culture.
