As a Journey Expert, in our Consumer Cards Product Management Team, you will be responsible for product financial performance driving revenue growth, delivering initiatives that achieve great customer outcomes, owning the end to-end product management for credit card products including the management of associated operational risk and compliance, suppliers/vendors performance and contract management, and delivering / co-ordinating changes related to credit card products.
This role will play an active role/contribution to the Consumer Cards Team, not only working closely with the members of Everyday Banking Portfolio, but also stakeholders/business partners across the end to end value chain of ANZ e.g. Retail Distribution, Assurance, Legal, Compliance, Technology etc.
