REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree in AI/ML or an Information Technology discipline
• At least 1 year experience supporting AI/ML
• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems
• Proficient with Git
• Proficient in Python, SciKit-learn, Pandas
• Proficient in statistical analysis tools - R, MatLab, SAS
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management
• Working knowledge of software development and best practices
• Ability to explain AI/ML concepts to non-techical internal and external customers
• Self sufficiency, ability to scope and complete tasks with minimal oversight

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Working experience with MS productivity suite - Word, Powerpoint, Excel
• Ability to write technical descriptions of data science tasks, tools, results, and challenges appropriate for a general audience
• Active security clearance or ability to receive US Government clearance
• Active learner - interested in exploring and gaining proficiency in new technical areas related to role

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze, characterize, modify, enrich Datasets
• Collaborate with Architects and Developers to design, train, and tune ML Models
• Stand up cloud and local LLMs
• Create and train Retrieval-Augmented Generated (RAG) LLMs
• Work alongside Solution Architects to help define and solution work required for RFQ/RFPs
