QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication skills (English, Spanish)
- Ability to build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Reliability and commitment in the project and support
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Office Tools.
- Experience in planogramming tools, preferably Nielsen Spaceman or JDA Space Planning would be valuable.
- Database knowledge of MS Access/SQL Server. VB programming is an extra mile.
- Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions
- Loves working in a digital environment
Additional Information
Responsibilities:
- Deep knowledge of the merchandising products and can advise the customer on a tailor-made solution design, including the necessary customizations and thus agree on the software solution design with the customer.
- Project Lead on merchandising deliveries in Colombia & Venezuela and have regular client contact and follow-ups on projects.
- Support the Nielsen sales team. Build up a strong partnership with the defined customers and inspire the customers, in accordance with the contractual agreements.
- Onboarding, training and support of new or existing customers on merchandising products.
- Works with colleagues in the delivery team to provide a professional clear response to all clients.
- Compiling and delivering documentation material for methodology questions and/or frequently asked questions.
- Ability to use different methodologies in order to improve the delivery of projects.
- Involved in global expert groups with your expertise and make your contribution.
- Travel Activity / Onsite Activity.
- Contributes to an ethical, positive, and productive corporate culture, to drive our business growth the coming 3-5 years.
