SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Moderate skills with MS Office, including Excel & PowerPoint
• Provide analytical and and materials support for senior analysts
• Develop high level summary and trending of data
• Capacity to work independently with little to no supervision
• Demonstrated ability to direct initiatives with successful results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and work in a fast paced environment required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

COMPENSATION

Starting base salary: $31.39 - $50.14 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.

• Assist with process mapping, solutioning and analytic assignments
• People process and technology-oriented projects
• Provide timely and accurate deliverables (decks, spreadsheets, process flows, diagrams, etc.)
• Own engagement of scorecards and drive completion
• Create and maintain financial models for use by other teams and identify/correct data gaps, inconsistencies, etc.
• Effectively communicate issues identified in processes, associated risks and potential solutions to key stakeholders
• Create and maintain process documentation
• Collaborate with various levels of management across the organization to bring together meaningful insights into the different segments of the business
