About the role
At Danfoss Drives, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Jr. Project Engineer to join our Danfoss Drives System Project team. As our new team member, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the design and material delivery coordination of Danfoss Drives Marine system projects. Your responsibilities include creating and managing technical project documentation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and occasional travel to customer and sub-supplier locations.
Our office is in Helsinki. This job offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for both remote and in-office work. Work tasks
- Assist with project tasks and later manage projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different regions
- Support and/or participate in harbot and Sea Trial Acceptances
- Apply technical expertise in frequency converters, switchgears, and rotating machines to project requirements
- Understand project business for marine systems, considering regional differences
- Develop requirements and related documentation tools
We are looking for
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in relevant field (Electrical/Automation engineering)
- Technical expertise and comprehension in a technical environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is necessary
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written) for effective communication
- Experience of working with AutoCAD
