As a Junior Sales Account Executive, you can expect to earn a rewarding salary target of $130,000 per year, which consists of a base salary of $65,000 and a generous commission of $65,000. This commission is based on a realistic sales goal of $400,000 first year, which you can easily achieve with the help of a substantial company-provided pipeline of qualified leads and prospects. You will also have access to the best tools and resources to generate your own opportunities and grow your client base.

LOCATION:

Candidates must reside in the United States. Candidates in the Rochester New York, Las Vegas, or Denver area will be given preference. This position can be hybrid or remote for the right candidate.

You will also build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with clients, acting as a thought leader and a partner. You will leverage your technical aptitude and sales expertise to drive innovation, collaboration, and measurable results, ultimately contributing to Pharos’ strategic growth objectives.
