Junior Accountant - Full Time (f/m/d)

THE POSITION

Are you excited about growing with Hive and passionate about Accounting? If so, this might be the perfect position for you!
Your Mission: As a Junior Accountant for our German entities, you will play a crucial role in scaling our Finance team and ensuring timely accounting closes and invoice processes (AP & AR). You will drive the invoice process using Spendesk or Datev to maintain streamlined and accurate bookkeeping of expenses and payments. You will become the team’s expert around invoice processing in Germany.
You will prepare payment runs for multiple entities, actively optimizing our cash flow and working capital by monitoring payment goals, incentives, and addressing any potential challenges coming up along the way.

Of course, you will also:

• Collaborate with the Finance team during monthly and annual closes, and assist in consolidating financial statements according to German GAAP (HGB).
• Participate in various automation projects and process improvements, from invoice processing to financial reporting.
• Work with our auditors to ensure the reliability of our financials.
