Responsibilities:
Daily:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Reconcile sales taxes and bank accounts at the end of each month.
Monitor financial transactions and reports.
Process accounts receivable and payable.
Process checks.
Understand ledgers.
Work with an accountant when necessary.
Weekly:
Assist the Finance Director in creating financial reports.
Analyze financial data to identify our financial status.
Participate in financial audits.
Track bank deposits and payments.
Monthly:
Assist with budget preparation.
Review monthly bank statements.
Maintain company ledger and daily financial transactions.
Quarterly and Annually:
Assist in preparing quarterly/annual financial reports.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
