Description:
Currently we are looking for Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Wroclaw.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- preferably 1 year of experience in entry level finance role
- minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably Accountancy/Finance/ Foreign Languages)
- analytical, process-minded approach
- passion to work in complex data environment
- great focus on details
- good interpersonal skills and ability to work within the international team
- MS Office proficiency
- Good communication skills
- advanced English skills (oral and written)
- fluency in European language would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Validation of financial documents & enter data in the accounting system
- Analysis of transactional accounting information to support decision making
- Support of the implementation of new corporate-wide accounting processes and systems
- Identification of opportunities for improvements and automations and make recommendations
- Assuring high quality of Customer Service & efficient query resolution by web ticket, chat and phone
- End-to end point of contact for Accounts Payable related queries
