Responsibilities:

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are establishing a brand new organisation in Finland. Therefore, we are currently looking for a Junior Activation Executive who wants to join us on this exciting journey. WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

As Junior Activation Executive you will be involved in all activation activities, supporting the growth of our brands through step-changing activation and be part of a transformational journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

Support our Retail Excellence Strategy

  • Support our internal team’s collaboration with Retail Partners and external suppliers to develop, install and maintain optimal In Store Furniture (ISF) solutions to maximize category success.
  • Partner with our Area brand team to develop and deploy brand and trade campaigns according to cycle plans and track KPIs.
  • Support our Entertainment Platform Strategy
  • Event Planning: Conceptualise, plan, and execute engaging events/HORECA partnerships that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate the success of each event and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • People Leadership: lead our 121 engagement strategy by recruiting, briefing and following the performance of our external 121 agents that will attend above events.
  • Support our Consumer Leadership model
  • Champion the consumer / shopper, ensuring relevant delivery of brand positioning and marketing mix in market.
  • Support Business Cases as needed to develop the optimal NPI pipeline to maintain and further grow our Category Leadership.
  • Reporting, monitoring of activation and analysis of brands performance within channel in accordance with overall channel reporting and make any required remedial recommendations.
  • Project manage new initiatives intended to build awareness of our portfolio.
  • Contribute to identification and execution of new opportunities to enable growth.
