Description:
Responsibilities:
- Act as the paid digital media subject matter expert
- Plan, create, execute and actively manage and optimize effective paid digital media campaigns / activities
- Develop and manage all components of paid media campaigns / activities for various markets and in several languages, from planning to execution, optimization and reporting, including: targeting and re-targeting strategies, bidding strategy, ad groups, keyword lists and targeting, ads, copy, landing page selection, account structure, setting and monitoring campaign KPIs, tracking set up, and day-to-day operations, optimization and reporting
- Create audiences based on personas and lifecycle stages
- Responsible for effectively monitoring and managing the digital advertising budget
- Proactively use data, trends, market insights, and logic to develop tailored campaign recommendations
- Research, identify and evaluate new paid media opportunities, suppliers and partnerships that are in line with the overall strategy and KPIs
- Contribute to creating analyses/reports (routine and ad-hoc) to measure the impact and effectiveness of campaigns, generate insights, identify areas of risk and opportunity, give recommendations to improve campaigns, targeting and ROAS
- Liaise, coordinate and collaborate with Marketing team, other departments, hotels, external advisors and suppliers
