What you’ll be doing

  • Working on AI projects for our clients, developing solutions based on AI models and services (closed or open source)
  • Using LLMs, speech-2-text, text-2-speech, NLP solutions to deliver business value,
  • Researching and experimenting with latest approaches from the LLM landscape,
  • Using generative AI to support delivery, write technical and user facing documentation,
  • Using LLMs and Computer Vision to analyse documents and to turn them into structured data
  • Working with non-technical people (business stakeholders, domain experts) to help them understand AI’s potential and limitations and to build tailored solutions based on domain knowledge
  • Using, modifying and expanding MLOps pipelines, using end-to-end pipelines to train and/or finetune LLM models (from design through development to operations), including but not limited to:

Designing, experimenting with, developing and testing LLM, machine learning and deep learning systems
Preparing datasets and training procedures
Building, configuring, deploying and monitoring ML solutions on production environments hosted in the Cloud
Monitoring and improving performance of AI based solutions

What we are looking for

  • Development and data science skills
  • Experience in Python with PyTorch or Tensorflow, Pandas, NumPy
  • Experience in building services using Flask, or similar server-side frameworks
  • Understanding of Docker and one of Azure / AWS / GCP cloud technologies
  • Rapid prototyping skills
  • Algorithmic and heuristic problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written EnglishAvailability to work 20 hours/week during the semester and 40 hours/week during summer

  • Hands-on experience in AI development for business
  • NLP knowledge
  • Knowledge of Computer Vision problems
  • Experience with tools and paradigms like: CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, JIRA, MLflow, ClearML, Amazon SageMaker
  • Experience with Transformers Architecture, LoRA, QLoRA or other PEFT techniquesKnowledge of semantic data models in different domains
