Description:

The Group Treasury Chief Operating Officer team is responsible for the development and execution of the overall operational and strategic objectives of the division. You will be part of a small, high-performing team and will support and contribute to the delivery of the team objectives.

What role you will play?
As a Junior Analyst, you will work closely with the team and Chief Operating Officer to help support the headcount and expense management process.
You will be responsible for headcount tracking and ownership of headcount reporting processes and will manage the analysis of progress against strategic and financial objectives. In addition, you will be partnering with people managers and finance in the preparation of financial review materials and the Bi-annual budget.

What you offer

  • 3-5 years experience in Financial Services, Consulting or Project Management and well-versed in business strategy, operations and financial management
  • Degree qualified, with accounting, finance or business qualifications
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI dashboard skills preferred but not essential
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with experience in delivering key messages succinctly and effectively to senior leaders
  • Strong numerical, analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take on different sets of responsibilities depending on the needs of the team and be highly effective at managing competing priorities.
