Junior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

JOB SUMMARY:

As Junior Analyst you will be expected to actively support the financial activities of the companies belonging to Easthorn group. The goal is to ensure the Finance department operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization. This is a unique opportunity to be a member of truly international team.
We are searching for an ambitious and energetic person, with an interest and knowledge in finance. The desired person shall be open to cross cultures communication and cooperation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES

  • Degree in accounting or economics prefered
  • Experience in a finance / accounting / controlling / auditing
  • Details-oriented, organized and self-directed team player with an ability to work in matrix organizations and with different stakeholder levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion to add value beyond the numbers
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must)

Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of a complete, accurate and timely set of IFRS reporting (corporate reporting) for assigned entities
  • Prepare daily and month-end account reconciliations
  • Prepare / assist in supporting documentation for financial audits
  • Review and investigate the company’s accounting transactions
  • Prepare journals and post entries in the accounting software
  • Assist in creation, implementation and supervision of financial standards, procedures and processes in the company
  • Performing research and analysis as required
