Responsibilities:
As a Junior Application Support , you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers’ business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.
Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Work collaboratively with Professional Service team on change requests, managing issues and establishing priorities
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand the demand and challenges. Compile an overall picture to share with stakeholders at different levels.
