Description:

The Junior Architectural Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Architectural team in coordinating all architectural works including shop drawings of the project.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in construction projects (preferably civil/mrt station projects)
  • Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and other relevant software

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the architectural team in ensuring shop drawings produced by drafting team and sub-contractors are accurate and consistent with the requirements
  • Prepare material submission to consultants and relevant authorities
  • Identify shop drawings’ discrepancies, buildability and impact on different disciplines
  • Liaise with consultant and sub-contractors on design intent and technical issues
  • Ability to read and understand structural / M&E drawings
